Caption Time (with a prize!) (and a winner!)

Listen, I can use all the best film and top-notch cameras in the world to get my pictures… but sometimes it’s fine to just pack a roll of pharmacy-surplus 35mm film in my Nikon F100 and shoot.

That’s how I got this picture.  So how about someone give me a good caption for it?

And this time, I’m offering a prize.  Whoever comes up with the best caption for this picture, I will give them a $10 gift card from Starbucks.  Which should be worth what, half a cup of coffee? 🙂  I’ll pick the winner at 5:00 p.m. today (October 7).

Anyways, make sure you provide a good e-mail address when you post your comment, and I’ll send the winner the gift card code.

Rules (and yes, there are rules):

  • Please be creative.
  • Please keep it within the boundaries of good taste.
  • You can enter multiple times, you’re not limited to one entry.
  • I’m the sole judge in this contest, and I’m picking based on what I think is the best caption for this picture.
  • Times Union employees and TU staff bloggers are ineligible for this giveaway.

Have at it!

AND THE WINNER IS… – LTM with the caption, “Autumn Umbrella.”  Thanks to everybody else who had some awesome captions!  I like the way this blog post turned out, and if I get some more gift cards, I will do this again!
